The Company

Al-Noor Fertilizer Industries Limited was incorporated on 21st May 1990, for installation of fertilizer project. The project of the company could not be implemented, due to adverse business projections as well as, due to the then prevailing conditions, which includes increased project cost, due to inflation, adverse Pak rupee parity with other currencies, lenders reservations for financing, nuclear detonation conducted by Pakistan in 1998, as a result of which foreign investment in the country was blocked, and other factors. Consequently the project comes to a standstill and the management hoped that these conditions would be temporary and the project will be revived.
